K-pop fangirls out there must be dying of envy right now. Indeed, Jinkee Pacquiao received the “sweetest surprise” from her boxing champ husband Manny Pacquiao when they celebrated her 39th birthday while on a vacation in Seoul, South Korea. Along with her twin sister, Janet Jamora, the two finally met their K-Drama (Korean Drama) crush, the South Korean superstar Ji Chang Wook.
Ji Chang Wook was best known for his roles as the leading man of the K-Drama series “Healer,” “K2,” and of “Suspicious Partner” which was one of his last projects before he started rendering service for the military.
Initially, Jinkee did not reveal what Manny’s gift was. She expressed her gratitude towards her husband, but then she teased her fans and followers on her Instagram page by saying that she would reveal it soon. Thanks to the veteran showbiz columnist Lolit Solis, though, for spilling the tea. On her IG account, Lolit wrote:
“Naku Salve cry ako , hitsura ng bagyo , mas malakas cry ko huh huh. Si Jinkee Pacquiao nag-dinner sila Ji Chang Wook during his military christmas break huh huh.”
The talent manager also jested that she will marry a boxer as well just to meet her Korean idol, “That Winter The Wind Blows” leading man Jo In Sung. Her post was made on December 27th, which made her quip that the angels must’ve blessed Jinkee too early.
“Mas busy angels Jinkee, nagawa agad paraan meeting Jinkee at Chang Wook , kainis , huh huh , di ko sila give bonus , hah hah angels takutin ng bonus , hah hah. Hay naku feeling ko breakdown ako , maloka na , hitsura new year . Naku Jinkee , buti na lang takot ako sa knockout para Manny kundi sa sobrang inggit hay naku ewan ko baka sabunutan ko na lang Bernard Cloma huh huh huh.”
As of this date, the boxing champ’s wife has yet to disclose the surprise on her social media site. Meanwhile, her twin sister Janet already published a photo of herself with Ji Chang Wook on her IG stories and expressed that meeting the superstar was indeed a delight.
